Job Overview

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct patient care in home settings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently while following care plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Responsibilities

✅ Perform skilled nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.

✅ Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.

✅ Provide wound care, catheter care, and other specialized nursing services.

✅ Monitor and document patients' progress and report any health status changes.

✅ Educate clients and families on disease management, medication compliance, and home care techniques.

✅ Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.

✅ Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔️ Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri

✔️ CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

✔️ Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (home healthcare preferred but not required)

✔️ Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

✔️ Ability to work independently and follow care plans

✔️ Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred)

✔️ Excellent communication & documentation skills
